How it works
If Peak Engine runs services for you, our team sometimes opens your workspace to set things up or help. Each visit ends on its own after 4 hours unless you choose a different length. Every owner gets an email when a visit starts, and every visit is listed in your access log.
While we're in, our team sees a banner across the top, like "Peak Engine agency access · ends in 2h 13m", with an "End now" button.
See who's in and end a visit
- Open the account menu and choose "Sign-in & security".
- Click the "Agency access" card.
- Under "Open now", you'll see each person in your workspace, which tool they're in, and when the visit ends.
- Click "End" to end one visit, or "End all agency access" to end them all.
When you end someone's visit, they can't open your workspace again for 24 hours, unless you turn on standing access.
Choose how long a visit lasts
Owners can change this under "How long a visit lasts". Pick 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours and click "Save". Shortening it also shortens visits that are already open.
Or choose standing access, which has no time limit. Visits are still listed in the log, but you won't get an email each time one starts.
Managers can see the page and end visits. Only an owner can change how long visits last.
The access log
The "Access log" shows the 50 most recent visits, newest first: who, their email, which tool, when it started and how long it lasted. Each one is marked "Open now", "Ended by Peak Engine", "Ended by your team" or "Ended on its own".
