MANAGED GROWTH

We run it. You do the work you are good at.

A system that nobody tunes goes stale within a quarter. Campaigns drift, scripts get out of date, and the tools you bought last year have been replaced by something better. Managed growth is the answer to the question every owner should ask: why would I keep paying you after it is built?

TL;DR

Done-for-you operation of the whole system: weekly tuning of campaigns, automations, and follow-up; a live dashboard tied to booked jobs; a plain-English monthly review; and a quarterly technology refresh that upgrades your stack as the market moves. Or we hand you the roadmap and you run it in-house.

Part of Reporting & Refresh

WHAT CHANGES

The outcomes this is accountable for.

The system stays tuned

Weekly adjustments to campaigns, scripts, timing, and routing. Nothing is left to drift until the next quarterly meeting.

You can read the numbers

A monthly review in plain English: what moved, what did not, what we are changing. No vanity metrics and no dashboard you never open.

You never evaluate a tool again

Every quarter we review your stack against what has changed and implement the upgrades inside your existing system.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The pieces, and what each one does.

Reporting

Measured on booked jobs, because that is the number that pays for everything else.

  • Live dashboard: leads by source, response time, booked jobs, pipeline value, reviews, and spend
  • Cost per booked job by channel, reconciled across paid, organic, and customer emails
  • Response-time monitoring, so a broken automation surfaces in hours rather than at month end
  • A monthly written review in plain English, with what we are changing next

HOW IT GOES

What actually happens, and when.

  1. WeeklyCampaign, automation, and follow-up tuning; response-time and pipeline checks
  2. MonthlyWritten growth review — what moved, what did not, what changes next
  3. QuarterlyTechnology refresh: stack reviewed against the market and upgraded in place
  4. AnnuallyFull business audit and a reset of the roadmap against where the business is now

BEFORE YOU ASK

Frequently asked.

Because a system nobody tunes goes stale within a quarter, and because the technology underneath it changes constantly. Your plan pays for weekly tuning, accountability for the numbers, and a quarterly pass that keeps your stack current. If that stops being worth it, you keep everything and leave.

Leads by source, response time, booked jobs, pipeline value, reviews, and spend — with cost per booked job on top. Impressions and clicks are underneath if you want them, but they are not the headline.

Yes, and it is a real option rather than a rhetorical one. After the full audit you get a prioritized roadmap you own. If you have the capacity in-house, we document, train, and hand off.

Base Camp, Summit, and Peak all have a 6-month minimum, so the work has time to produce something you can measure. After that it is month to month with 30 days' notice. We would rather earn the renewal than enforce a contract.

You keep the platform, the website, the content, and the data. It all runs under your brand already, so nothing switches off. We will hand over runbooks and access properly.
