An authenticator app now protects owner and agency accounts
If you own a workspace or work in one for an agency, you now confirm a 6-digit code from an authenticator app when you sign in. It keeps someone with only your password out.
- Set it up at Sign-in & security: scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy, or type the key.
- You get 10 backup codes. Save them somewhere safe in case you lose your phone.
- You enter the code once per sign-in, and it covers every tool.
- The demo never asks for a code.

Changes to your sign-in settings need a fresh check
Changing your password, authenticator or other sign-in settings now needs your password or a sign-in from the last 15 minutes. Each change sends you an email so you know it happened.
- Accounts that only sign in with Google can now set a password too.
- Wrong codes are capped each day, and a password reset link works once. Asking for a new one cancels the old one.
- The account pages got a cleaner layout and a Sign out button.
· Estimator
Clearer payment records in the Estimator
If you take card payments through your own Stripe account, chargebacks now show up on the invoice, and a failed payment is marked failed.
- If the customer's payment goes through later, the invoice reopens and records it.
