WEBSITES & CMS

A website that books jobs, not one that just looks good.

Most service-business websites are brochures with a contact form bolted on. We build the front door of the whole setup: fast, clear, wired straight into the app for your leads and jobs, and built so both Google and AI assistants can read it.

An exploded engine assembly showing five connected precision components

TL;DR

We build custom Next.js websites with their own CMS, designed around the one action that matters — the call or the form — and connected directly to the app and your follow-up automation. What helps you show up when people ask Google or ChatGPT is built in from day one. You own the site, the content, and the data outright.

WHAT CHANGES

The outcomes this is accountable for.

More visitors become leads

The page is built around the action, not around the layout. Clear offer, obvious next step, proof where the hesitation happens.

Leads arrive already in the system

Forms and calls land in the app and trigger follow-up in seconds, instead of sitting in an inbox nobody checks after five.

You stop paying rent on your own site

No page-builder subscription holding your content hostage. The code and the CMS are yours, and they move with you.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The pieces, and what each one does.

The build

A fast, custom site on a modern stack — not a template with your logo dropped in.

  • Next.js front end with a Sanity CMS you can actually edit, deployed on Vercel
  • Designed from your business and your work, not from a theme demo
  • Service pages, location pages, and project galleries structured for search
  • Core Web Vitals targeted from the start — speed is a conversion feature, not a technical one
  • Accessible by default: real contrast, keyboard navigation, reduced-motion support

HOW IT GOES

What actually happens, and when.

  1. Week 1Discovery, analytics baseline, sitemap and content plan agreed
  2. Weeks 2–3Design direction, then page templates built against real content
  3. Weeks 4–5Build out, CMS setup, schema, app and automation wiring
  4. Week 6QA, speed and accessibility pass, redirects mapped, launch
  5. After launchConversion tracking reviewed monthly and tuned — the site is never finished

BEFORE YOU ASK

Frequently asked.

Yes — completely. The code, the CMS, the domain, and the content are yours. If we part ways you keep all of it and it keeps working. We want you to stay because it works, not because of lock-in.

Yes. The CMS is set up around your actual content — services, projects, team, testimonials, posts — so you or your team can update it without touching code or waiting on us.

We start with an audit. Sometimes the right answer is a rebuild; often it is a conversion and structure overhaul on what you have, which is faster and cheaper. We will tell you which, and we do not upsell a rebuild you do not need.

Typically four to eight weeks depending on page count and integrations. The main variable is how quickly content, photography, and approvals come back from your side.

Not if the migration is done properly. Every legacy URL gets a 301 redirect, metadata and structure carry across, and we monitor Search Console through the transition. Zero legacy 404s is the standard we hold ourselves to.
