Our founder, Ethan Peterson, also owns Pickled Court, a court resurfacing company, so we know what a missed call costs. We build the tools we run on, then set them up for other contractors. And we get paid mostly when you get jobs, because that's how we'd want to be paid.

Marketing used to be a list of things you bought: a website, a blog post, a Facebook page, an ad. Each one a task with a start and an end. Today it is closer to plumbing — a lead arrives, something has to answer it inside a minute, qualify it, book it, run the job, update the customer, ask for the review, and bring them back next season.
Every piece of that chain has a tool now. That was never the hard part. Scorpion’s 2026 survey of 944 home-service leaders found 78% juggling multiple marketing vendors and 67% unable to tie their marketing to revenue. Not short of tools. Short of a working system.
And it keeps moving. BrightLocal found 45% of consumers used ChatGPT-style tools for local recommendations in 2026, up from 6% a year earlier — while 80% of service businesses say they do not know how to show up in AI results. A system bought two years ago already needs upgrading.
So that’s what we do: build the whole system, run it every week, and keep it current as the technology changes.
