Handoff's pricing page shows two figures per plan and says "billed annually". As best we can read it, the lower figure is the yearly price. Flex includes 50 AI credits a month; Pro and Scale are unlimited. Flex and Pro start with a 7-day free trial, no card needed.

WHERE PEAK IS DIFFERENT
What you get with Peak that Handoff doesn't do.
- The Peak tools are free, and your own AI assistant can connect to Peak at no cost. Handoff's MCP and API are on its Scale plan ($719 a month on its pricing page).
- Anything Sherpa does that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your OK, and you can undo a change within 10 minutes. Handoff's MCP page says what its AI creates are real records, not drafts.
- Sherpa also works by text message, once your own texting number is connected.
The software is free
No per-user fee and no contract for the tools. You bring your own accounts for AI, texting, email and payments, and pay those companies directly at their prices. We don't mark them up.
Your data, your accounts
When sign-up opens, your customer data lives in a database you own, not ours. Export it any time. If you leave, you take everything with you.
Sherpa does the work, inside rules
Tell Sherpa "add a note to Susan Park: gate goes on the north side." It finds her and adds it, or asks you to reply YES first when the rules say so. Anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your approval. You can see every rule, and you can only make them stricter.

Most of it is two spreadsheets. Run both side by side for a week if you like.
Step 1
Export from Handoff
Handoff's help center shows how to export an estimate to PDF. We didn't find a help article on exporting your customer list, so ask Handoff support for a spreadsheet of your contacts.
Step 2
Import your customers
In Peak, open Contacts and choose Import. Upload the spreadsheet and match the columns. Rows with the same email or phone merge instead of making duplicates.
Step 3
Bring your price book
The Estimator imports your items and prices from a spreadsheet. There's a template to fill in if your old export doesn't line up.
Step 4
Connect your own accounts
Hook up your texting number, email, AI key and Stripe when you're ready to send and get paid. Nothing goes out until you do.
Step 5
Finish open jobs, then switch
Let jobs already in progress finish where they are, and start new ones in Peak. Rather not do the move yourself? Our team can help.

Both build and change records from plain language. The difference is the rules: with Sherpa, anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your approval, you can undo a change within 10 minutes, and it works by text message.
